«بطل العشرة» مجاني، بلا إعلانات ولا مشتريات. تشمل هذه الشروط التطبيق وحساب الأهل الاختياري وموقع tenhero.app، وباستخدامها توافق عليها، ويوافق الوليّ عن طفله.

يصنع «بطل العشرة» حامد زين العابدين، مطوّر مستقل («نحن»)، ويمكنك مراسلتنا على [email protected]. أما كيف نتعامل مع البيانات فتشرحه سياسة الخصوصية.
استخدام التطبيق
- التطبيق مجاني لاستخدام عائلتك الشخصي غير التجاري، على الهواتف والأجهزة اللوحية التي تملكها أو تديرها.
- تنطبق أيضًا شروط App Store أو Google Play على النسخة التي تنزّلها، وعلى iOS تنطبق اتفاقية الترخيص القياسية من Apple إلى جانب هذه الشروط.
- صُمّم التطبيق للأطفال من 4 إلى 9 سنوات، وينبغي أن يجهّزه أحد الوالدين أو الوليّ ويقرّر متى يُستخدم.
حساب الأهل
- حساب الأهل اختياري وللكبار فقط: 18 سنة أو سنّ الرشد حيث تعيش. لا يسجّل الأطفال الدخول.
- يجري الدخول بحساب Google أو Apple. حافظ على أمان هذا الحساب وهواتفك، فمن يفتح هاتفًا مسجَّل الدخول يستطيع رؤية تقدّم أطفالك وتغييره.
- أضف فقط الأطفال الذين ترعاهم.
- تستطيع تسجيل خروج أي هاتف أو حذف الحساب من داخل التطبيق متى شئت، وتشرح سياسة الخصوصية ما يُحفظ وما يُحذف.
الاستخدام العادل
لا يجوز:
- محاولة الدخول إلى حساب عائلة أخرى أو إلى خوادمنا.
- إثقال الخدمة أو فحصها أو تعطيلها، أو استدعاء واجهتها البرمجية بغير التطبيق.
- نسخ التطبيق أو رسومه أو البطل أو أصواته أو نصوصه أو بيعها أو إعادة نشرها، أو نسبتها إلى نفسك.
- استخدام نموذج المراسلة أو الاشتراك لرسائل مزعجة أو لأي غرض مخالف للقانون.
الملكية
- التطبيق واسمه والبطل والرسوم والأصوات والتسجيلات الصوتية والنصوص ملك لنا. وبعض الأجزاء، كالخطوط، مستخدمة بتراخيصها المفتوحة.
- أسماء الأطفال وتقدّمهم ملكك، ولا نستخدمها إلا لتشغيل التطبيق والمزامنة، كما تقول سياسة الخصوصية.
الخدمة
- يعمل التطبيق دون إنترنت. المزامنة إضافة مجانية: نحاول إبقاءها تعمل، لكنها قد تتوقف أحيانًا، وقد نغيّرها أو ننهيها. إن أنهيناها فسنعلن ذلك مسبقًا في ملاحظات تحديث التطبيق، ويبقى ما على هواتفك كما هو.
- قد نحدّث التطبيق، ونضيف دروسًا أو نغيّرها.
بلا ضمان
نصنع التطبيق بعناية ونراجع حساباته، لكنه يُقدَّم «كما هو» دون أي ضمان، في الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون. هو عون على التعلّم، لا بديل عن المعلّم أو المدرسة، ولا نعد بأن يخلو من الأخطاء أو أن يكون متاحًا دائمًا.
حدود المسؤولية
في الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون، لسنا مسؤولين عن أي خسارة غير مباشرة أو تبعية، ولا عن فقدان البيانات، بسبب استخدام التطبيق أو المزامنة أو الموقع أو تعذّر استخدامها. ولا ينتقص شيء في هذه الشروط من حقوق يمنحك إياها قانون بلدك ولا يجوز التنازل عنها.
إيقاف الاستخدام
تستطيع التوقف عن استخدام التطبيق أو تسجيل الخروج أو حذف حسابك متى شئت. وقد نوقف أو نحذف حساب من يخالف هذه الشروط، ونخبره أولًا حين نستطيع.
التغييرات على هذه الشروط
إذا تغيّرت هذه الشروط فسنحدّث هذه الصفحة وتاريخها، ونذكر أي تغيير مهم في ملاحظات تحديث التطبيق. واستمرارك في الاستخدام بعد التغيير يعني قبولك له.

Terms of Service
Batal Al-Ashara is free, with no ads and no purchases. These terms cover the app, the optional parent account and the tenhero.app website. By using them you agree to these terms, and a parent or guardian agrees for their child.
Who we are
Batal Al-Ashara is made by Hamed Zain Al-Abdeen, an independent developer ("we"). You can reach us at [email protected]. How we handle data is in the privacy policy.
Using the app
- The app is free for your family's personal, non-commercial use, on phones and tablets you own or control.
- The App Store's or Google Play's terms also apply to the copy you download, and on iOS Apple's standard licence agreement for apps applies alongside these terms.
- The app is made for children aged 4 to 9. A parent or guardian should set it up and decide when it is used.
The parent account
- The parent account is optional and for adults only: 18, or the age of majority where you live. Children never sign in.
- You sign in with Google or Apple. Keep that account and your phones secure: anyone who can open a signed-in phone can see and change your children's progress.
- Add only children you look after.
- You can sign out any phone or delete the account from inside the app at any time; the privacy policy says what is kept and what is deleted.
Fair use
Please don't:
- Try to get into another family's account, or into our servers.
- Overload, probe or disrupt the service, or call its API other than through the app.
- Copy, sell or republish the app, its drawings, the hero, its sounds or its text, or pass them off as your own.
- Use the contact form or the sign-up for spam or for anything unlawful.
Ownership
- The app, its name, the hero, the drawings, the sounds, the voice clips and the text are ours. Some parts, such as the fonts, are used under their own open licences.
- Your children's names and progress are yours. We use them only to run the app and the sync, as the privacy policy says.
The service
- The app works without the internet. The sync is a free extra: we try to keep it running, but it may be down at times, and we may change it or end it. If we end it, we'll say so ahead of time in the app's update notes, and what is on your phones stays.
- We may update the app, and add or change lessons.
No warranty
We make the app with care and check its maths, but it comes "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. It supports learning; it doesn't replace a teacher or a school, and we can't promise it will be free of errors or always available.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for lost data, arising from using or being unable to use the app, the sync or the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights the law where you live gives you that can't be waived.
Ending
You can stop using the app, sign out or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or delete the account of anyone who breaks these terms, and tell them first where we can.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we'll update this page and its date, and mention any important change in the app's update notes. Using the app after a change means you accept it.
