لا يعرض «بطل العشرة» إعلانات ولا يتتبّع أحدًا. يحفظ كل شيء على الهاتف نفسه، ولا يتصل بالإنترنت إلا لحساب الأهل الاختياري، الذي يزامن تقدّم الأطفال بين هواتف العائلة.
ما الذي يحفظه التطبيق على الهاتف
- اسم كل طفل، ويمكن أن يكون لقبًا، والرسمة أو الصورة التي اختيرت له.
- المستوى الذي اختير آخر مرة.
- سجلّ التدريب لكل مسألة: عدد الإجابات الصحيحة والخاطئة، ووقت الإجابات الصحيحة، وهل كانت آخر محاولة صحيحة.
- أفضل نتيجة في السباق لكل مستوى، ومتى لعب الطفل آخر مرة.
- إعدادات الصوت والأرقام والمظهر.
من دون حساب للأهل لا يغادر شيء من هذا الهاتف، ولا نستطيع نحن ولا أي جهة أخرى الاطلاع عليه.
ما الذي لا يجمعه التطبيق
لا يسأل التطبيق الطفل عن عمره أو بريده الإلكتروني أو موقعه، ولا يقرأ جهات الاتصال أو معرّفات الجهاز أو معرّف الإعلانات. صور الأطفال لا تغادر الهاتف أبدًا، حتى مع حساب الأهل. ولا يحتاج التطبيق إلى حساب ليعمل.
حساب الأهل (اختياري)
يمكن للأهل، من صفحة «للأهل» وخلف سؤال مخصّص للكبار، تسجيل الدخول بحساب Google أو Apple ليتابع كل طفل تقدّمه على هواتف العائلة الأخرى. عندها يحفظ خادمنا:
- بريد الأهل الإلكتروني (أو عنوان Apple المخفي) واسمهم كما يعطيه مزوّد الدخول.
- اسم كل طفل ورسمته وتقدّمه: سجلّ التدريب والمستوى وأفضل النتائج ومتى لعب آخر مرة.
- اسم طراز كل هاتف سُجّل الدخول منه (مثل iPhone أو Galaxy A55) ومتى زامن آخر مرة.
- عند الدخول بحساب Apple: رمزًا تصدره Apple، نحفظه فقط لنلغي الدخول لدى Apple حين يُحذف الحساب.
يجري التحقق من الدخول نفسه لدى Google أو Apple مباشرة، وما تشاركه معهما تحكمه سياسات الخصوصية الخاصة بهما. نستخدم هذه البيانات للمزامنة فقط، ولا نبيعها ولا نشاركها مع أحد. الحساب للأهل، ولا يسجّل الأطفال الدخول.
حذف البيانات
- حذف التطبيق من الهاتف يحذف كل ما حفظه عليه.
- يستطيع الأهل تسجيل خروج أي هاتف، أو حذف الحساب من داخل التطبيق. عندها يُحذف الحساب من خادمنا فورًا مع كل ما فيه من أطفال وتقدّم وهواتف، ويُلغى الدخول لدى Apple، ويبقى ما على الهواتف كما هو. وتزول نسخه من النسخ الاحتياطية للخادم خلال 30 يومًا.
- الطفل الذي يُحذف على هاتف مسجَّل الدخول يُعلَّم محذوفًا كي تحذفه الهواتف الأخرى أيضًا، ويبقى سجلّه مع الحساب حتى يُحذف الحساب.
- ويمكنك أن تراسلنا لنحذف حسابًا أو اشتراكًا أو رسالة.
الموقع tenhero.app
لا يضع الموقع ملفات تعريف الارتباط، ولا يحمّل أدوات تحليل أو محتوى من أطراف أخرى، وخطوطه تأتي من خادمنا.
- الاشتراك في خبر الصدور يحفظ بريدك ولغتك، فقط لنكتب لك حين يصدر التطبيق وحين تضاف دروس جديدة. راسلنا لنحذفه.
- نموذج المراسلة يحفظ اسمك وبريدك ورسالتك، لنردّ عليك.
خوادمنا
يعمل الموقع وحساب الأهل على خادمنا لدى Amazon Web Services، خلف Cloudflare التي توصل الاتصالات وتحميها. وككل خادم ويب، يسجّل عنوان IP لكل طلب ووقته والصفحة المطلوبة والمتصفح، لحماية الخدمة وإصلاح أعطالها، وتُحذف هذه السجلات دوريًا.
لا إعلانات ولا تتبّع
لا يعرض التطبيق إعلانات، ولا يحتوي على مشتريات داخل التطبيق، ولا يستخدم هو أو الموقع أدوات تحليل أو تتبّع من أطراف أخرى.
النسخ الاحتياطي وتقارير الأعطال
إذا كان النسخ الاحتياطي مفعّلًا على الجهاز (iCloud أو Google)، فقد يشمل تقدّم الطفل المحفوظ. تخضع هذه النسخة لسياسة Apple أو Google، ولا نستطيع الوصول إليها.
وإذا اخترت في إعدادات جهازك مشاركة بيانات التشخيص مع المطوّرين، فقد ترسل لنا Apple أو Google تقارير أعطال مجهولة الهوية. لا تتضمّن هذه التقارير ما يعرّف بك أو بطفلك، ونستخدمها لإصلاح الأخطاء فقط.
صفحة الأهل والروابط
روابط البريد الإلكتروني وموقع المطوّر وLinkedIn وGitHub وهذه السياسة موجودة في صفحة «للأهل» فقط، وتفتح مواقع خارج التطبيق لها سياسات خصوصية خاصة بها. وحساب الأهل وحده خلف سؤال مخصّص للكبار.
خصوصية الأطفال
صُمّم التطبيق للأطفال من 4 إلى 9 سنوات، ولا يطلب عنهم شيئًا غير اسم يميّز كل طفل عن غيره. يرى الأهل في صفحة «للأهل» ما أتقنه كل طفل، ويستطيعون تغيير اسمه وصورته، وحذفه أو حذف الحساب متى شاؤوا.
التغييرات على هذه السياسة
إذا تغيّرت هذه السياسة فسنحدّث هذه الصفحة وتاريخها، ونذكر أي تغيير مهم في ملاحظات تحديث التطبيق. وتشرح شروط الاستخدام ما سوى ذلك.

Privacy Policy
Batal Al-Ashara has no ads and tracks no one. It keeps everything on the phone itself, and goes online only for the optional parent account, which keeps children's progress in step across a family's phones.
What the app keeps on the phone
- Each child's name, which can be a nickname, and the drawing or photo chosen for them.
- The level chosen last.
- A practice record for each question: how many answers were right and wrong, how long the right answers took, and whether the last try was right.
- The best race score for each level, and when the child last played.
- The sound, digit and look settings.
Without a parent account none of this leaves the phone, and neither we nor anyone else can see it.
What the app doesn't collect
The app never asks a child for their age, email address or location, and never reads contacts, device identifiers or the advertising ID. Children's photos never leave the phone, even with a parent account. The app needs no account to work.
The parent account (optional)
From the parents page, behind an adults-only question, a parent can sign in with Google or Apple so that each child's progress follows them to the family's other phones. Our server then keeps:
- The parent's email address (or Apple's hidden relay address) and name, as the sign-in provider gives them.
- Each child's name, drawing and progress: the practice record, the level, the best scores and when they last played.
- The model name of each phone signed in (such as iPhone or Galaxy A55) and when it last synced.
- With Sign in with Apple, a token Apple issues, kept only to cancel the sign-in with Apple when the account is deleted.
The sign-in itself is checked with Google or Apple directly; what you share with them is covered by their privacy policies. We use this data only for the sync, and never sell or share it. The account is the parent's; children never sign in.
Deleting data
- Deleting the app from a phone deletes everything it saved there.
- A parent can sign out any phone, or delete the account from inside the app. The account is then deleted from our server at once, with every child, progress record and phone it held, and the Apple sign-in is cancelled; what is on the phones stays. Its copies in the server's backups are gone within 30 days.
- A child deleted on a signed-in phone is marked deleted so that the other phones remove it too; its record stays with the account until the account is deleted.
- You can also write to us to have an account, a sign-up or a message deleted.
The tenhero.app website
The site sets no cookies and loads no analytics or third-party content; its fonts come from our own server.
- The launch sign-up keeps your email address and language, only to tell you when the app is out and when new lessons land. Write to us to be removed.
- The contact form keeps your name, email address and message, so that we can reply.
Our servers
The site and the parent account run on our server at Amazon Web Services, behind Cloudflare, which delivers and protects the traffic. Like any web server, it logs each request's IP address, time, page and browser to keep the service secure and working, and these logs are deleted as they roll over.
No ads, no tracking
There are no ads and no in-app purchases, and neither the app nor the site uses third-party analytics or tracking tools.
Backups and crash reports
If device backup is on (iCloud or Google), it may include the child's saved progress. Apple's or Google's policy covers that backup, and we can't access it.
If you have chosen in your device settings to share diagnostics with app developers, Apple or Google may send us anonymous crash reports. They don't identify you or your child, and we use them only to fix bugs.
The parents page and links
Links to email, the developer's website, LinkedIn, GitHub and this policy appear only on the parents page, and open sites outside the app, which have their own privacy policies. Only the parent account sits behind the adults-only question.
Children's privacy
The app is made for children aged 4 to 9 and asks nothing about them but a name to tell each child apart. On the parents page a parent sees what each child has mastered, can change a child's name and picture, and can delete a child or the account at any time.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and its date, and mention any important change in the app's update notes. The terms of service cover everything else.
